Archive markbooks
The Archive markbooks command "archives" markbooks owned by the school by prefixing the names with additional text and not listing them in the regular File|Open command. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.
To archive the markbooks, enter suitable text and check next to the name of each markbook to be archived. Then click on the Archive Markbooks button. This command is intended to be used at the end of a year and so a suitable prefix could be the calendar year, for example 2014.
- After archiving the markbooks the File|Open command will no longer show the archived markbooks, after you make a new set of markbooks. You can view and open an archived markbooks at any time by clicking on the Show Archive button of the File|Open command.
