Backup all markbooks
The Backup all markbooks command creates a zip file with all markbooks owned by the school. The zip file must be downloaded to complete the backup. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.
The number of markbooks to backup and an estimate of the time required is shown. Click on the Backup All button to begin the process. After the backup zip file is created click on the Download Backup button to download the file. Then click on the Return to menu button.
- A backup made with this command must be downloaded for safe keeping at your site, SM-Marks Online does not keep a copy of the zip file you create.
The zip file contains all the markbooks as individual files with an extension of mk which can be used in the desktop version of the markbook, of be re-imported with the File|Import|Markbook command.
