Delete a user

The Delete a user command deletes a user login. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.

Delete a user by clicking on the Bin icon in the first column next to the user name. You must enter DELETE and click on the Delete User button to confirm the deletion. Only the owner of the markbook can use this command.

  • A user who is the owner of any markbook cannot be deleted. Any markbooks owned by the user must be set with a new owner before deleting the user. If they have many markbooks the Bulk transfer ownership of user markbooks command is a quick way to transfer the users markbooks to another staff member.
