Reset a user password

The Reset a user password command generates a new password for any user and emails it to the user's email address. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.

Reset the password by clicking on the Email icon in the first column next to the user name. To confirm the creation of a new password click on the Reset Password button. This immediately sends the new password to the user's email address.

• Any user can reset their own password without this command with the forgotten password link on the login screen.
