Send email to users
The Send email to users command has 3 different emails messages that can be sent to selected, or all, users. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.
After importing or creating users of the markbook, after the lists have been checked and correct you can select the Welcome email option in this command to send a message that alerts the users that they now have an account with SM-Marks Online.
This command has these options:
- Welcome email
- Details have changed
- Permissions have changed
The first option is generally only sent to a user once, while the Details have changed and Permissions have changed options can be sent, if necessary, after the Edit users command has been used.
