Technical Support

Technical support may be an answer to a question, advice, or a solution to a problem. Before contacting technical support please check that the information you require is not included as part of this Help. In particular, please browse the How do I section for answers to many frequently asked questions.

To request Technical Support use the Help|Send email to Technical Support command, or send an email directly to:

When reporting a problem or asking a question, please include information like:

  • What sequence of commands and actions are being done?
  • If you are following a set of steps from the help, what topic is being used?
  • What is the unexpected behaviour?
  • What action or behaviour are you expecting from SM-Marks Online?
  • If an error message has occurred, a print screen or screen capture image may be helpful. This may then be attached to the email sent to support.

Requests for help that include this type of information when there is sufficient detail to clearly explain the problem or question usually result in a faster solution.
