The Note student command stores a note and files, which can be any piece of text or document that you want to associate with the current student. Enter the text and click on the Save Changes button.

To store a file, click on the Browse button to select a file. Then click on the Upload button to store it in the markbook. Once stored, a file can be downloaded by clicking on the name. Depending on your browser so file types may be viewed as a new tab.

To delete a file, click on the delete icon next to the name and confirm the removing of the file. The confirmation dialogue is a pop-up window in the browser. If your browser blocks pop-ups from the smpcsonline.com.au domain, you will need to disable the blocking to see the confirmation dialogue.

It is recommended that the size of each stored file is less than 4MB. Larger files can be stored but uploading may be slow.
