File|Export|Markbook file
The Export Markbook file command creates a markbook file that is compatible with the desktop version of the markbook. This command can be used to make a backup of the markbook.
Click on the Download Report File button to download the exported data with your browser. Depending on how your browser is configured to file may be opened automatically, or put into your Downloads folder.
The data is exported as a zip archive with a name based on the name of the markbook and the current date. After the download is complete, click on the Return to Markbook button.
- Using this command to work on a markbook offline is not recommended, as a problem could result if another user opens and changes the online copy of the markbook, after you have exported the markbook.
