File|Export|Report file
The Export Report file command creates a data file using data from the markbook for use in other reporting applications. This command is specifically for exporting mainly report comments and student notes, if you need task results the Export|CSV file is more appropriate.
You set the fields in the exported data, by turning on ore or more of the following options, and then clicking on the Create Report File button.
- Family name of the student
- Given name of the student
- Student ID
- Student gender
- Class name
- Teacher names
- Course
- Year
- Report Comment
- Student Note
- Outcomes Levels
Then click on the Download Report File button to download the exported data with your browser. Depending on how your browser is configured to file may be opened automatically, or put into your Downloads folder.
The data is exported as a zip archive with a name based on the name of the markbook and the current date. After the download is complete, click on the Return to Markbook button. Field names that can be used are:
