File menu reference

File|Find

The Find command allows you to search for a particular markbook. If you are looking for an old markbook and are not sure of the name, you can enter the part of the name that you remember and search for it. The searching also includes files that have been archived and by default are not shown in the File, Open command.

Enter the part of the markbook name and click on the Search button. You can open any markbook listed in the results by clicking on the icon next to the name.

If you cannot find a markbook by it's name, there is the option of entering the name of a class that you expect to find in the markbook. Note, unlike the markbook name, the name of the class must be entered exactly as it appears in the markbook. When searching on the class name, the markbook name is ignored and all markbooks that have that class are found.

Only markbooks that you own or are shared with you can be found with this command.
