Allow a curriculum coordinator or principal access all markbooks?

For staff who need access to all the markbooks in a school, the user login can be set by a User Administrator to Read only.

  1. Click on Edit users in the Administration section of the initial menu.
  2. Click on the Edit icon in the first column next to the user name.
  3. Turn on the Read only option.
  4. Click the Save Changes button.

A user with the Read only option set can still edit markbooks that they own or share with other users. It is all the other markbooks in the school that can be opened but not changed.
