Change the minimum and maximum result in a task?

The Range calculation lets you specify the lowest and highest results for a task and maps the results to lie in that range. To store the new results, a new task must be made.

1. Choose the New|Task command.
2. Enter the task name.
3. Enter the task maximum.
4. Click the Create Task button.
5. Choose the Edit|Calculation command.
6. Select Range from the Calculation list.
7. Select a task from the Tasks list.
8. Click the Include button.
9. Click the Options button.
10. Enter the Lowest mark for the range.
11. Enter the Highest mark for the range.
12. Click OK.
13. Click on the Save Changes button.

Note that this mapping is a linear calculation. To modify the spread of results taking into account the distribution, use the Standardise calculation.
