Estimate a result for an absent student for an assessment task?

If a one or more students are missing a raw score, SM-Marks Online can calculate an estimate based on the students' other raw scores.

1. Tag the task that needs estimates.
2. Choose the Tools|Estimate results command.

Each student without a result is given an estimate. To distinguish each estimate from actual results, the result is prefixed with the letter e.

• If the student with the missing score does not have enough other results in the markbook to compare with the other students, the estimation cannot be done.
