Increase the width of the columns for the student names on the Print Preview page?
The toolbar of the Print preview pane has a combo box towards the right that allows you to set the width of the columns for the student names.
Normally this is set to Auto, but you can change the width of the columns by setting the percent to a value other than than 100%. For example,
- Choose the Print|Marks command.
- Select 150% in the student width list on the toolbar.
Similarly, by setting the percent to less than 100% the width of the student name columns is decreased. For example, if the percent is set to 50% the student names take up half the space.
