Restrict the users who share a markbook to read only access?

A head of faculty who is the owner of markbook may need to be the only user who enters results into a markbook, but the staff in the faculty still need to be able to view the markbook.

1. Open a markbook.
2. Select the Options|Set read only command, so the option is on.

Now the markbook can only be edited by the owner.
