New|Markbook Copy

The New|Markbook Copy command make a copy of the current markbook. Only the owner of the markbook can use this command. Enter the name of the new markbook and click on the Copy Markbook button. Each markbook in a school must have a unique name, so if a markbook with the same name exists you are prompted to enter a different name.

This command is useful into two main situations.

• After making an archive you want to "roll-over" the markbook for a new year.
• You have a markbook that has calculations in it that you want to use in another markbook.
