New|Outcome

The New|Outcome command adds a row for the new outcomes. Enter the details of the outcome and click the Create Outcome button. For outcomes that are more than a few words only an abbreviation of the outcome should be entered as the name. The full outcome is also edited with the Edit|Note|Outcome command.
