Tools|Sort students|Reverse

The Sort Students Reverse command sets the order used when sorting students. Normally this menu item does not have a bullet to indicate the sorting direction is from Highest to Lowest and A to Z. If the menu item has a bullet, the sorting direction is from Lowest to Highest and Z to A.

Choose the command to set the sort order done with the next sort command. This command does not do the sorting; it only specifies the direction you want the sorting commands to use.
