Allow teachers to enter information on the reports?

Once the report definition is done and correct, SM-Reports Online is ready for teachers to enter information onto the reports. To allow teacher to login and access the Edit Reports command the reporting period needs to be set as In Use by Teachers. To do this:

  1. Choose the Set Reports Progress command.
  2. In the row with the reporting period, in the row of each year that is ready, click on the Next button until the tick is in the In Use by Teachers column.
  3. Click on the Go Back button.
  • Only the active reporting period should ever have years set to be In Use by Teachers.
