Archive the finished reports?

After all the reports in a reporting period a completed, i.e. checked and downloaded or printed, the final step is to archive them.

  • Archiving the reports is important because it protects the reports from accidental changes if the previous reports ever need to be updated.
  1. If you are in a newer semester, select the semester to archive with the Set Reporting Period command.
  2. Choose the Set Reports Progress command.
  3. Repeatedly click on the Next button for a year until the green tick is in the Archived column.
  4. Repeat step 3 for each year in the reporting period.
  5. Click on the Go Back button.
  6. If necessary, return to the active reports by selecting the current semester in the Set Reporting Period command.
  • Reports in the archive can still be edited and updated by an administrator.
  • It is important to archive every year in a reporting period, even if the year was not reported on in the reporting period.
  • Don't forget to switch out of the archived reporting period before doing any new work.
