Create reports?

The Update Reports command creates a PDF file for each student. The PDF file is the report with all pages in a single document.

  1. Choose the Update Reports command.
  2. Select a year.
  3. Select the students you want to make reports for.
  4. Click on the Update button.
  5. Wait for the reports to be created.

The created reports are listed when they are finished. Click on the student link to view the report.

  • The link should not be shared, it is only for viewing the report by the administrator.

To distribute the reports they should be downloaded with the Download Reports command, which properly names each PDF file.
