Import student and class lists for a set reports?
There are two main way to import information into SM-Reports Online.
- Using the Import SM-Reports Zip command.
- Using the Import School Data command.
If you already use old SM-Reports and have a procedure that reliably imports student and class lists, then you can continue to use the same steps with old SM-Reports and when you are satisfied the data is correct, use the File, Database, Zip up command of old SM-Reports to create a zip file.
This file can be imported into SM-Reports Online with the Import SM-Reports Zip command.
The second method is to import the raw data directly in SM-Reports Online. SM-Reports Online can import to either a single file, or three text files. These are the same as two of the main formats imported by old SM-Reports.
