How do I?

Set the Number of Levels in the report definition?

In Old SM-Reports it was necessary to set the Number of Level in the properties of a field that produce ticks on a report. In SM-Reports Online this option has been removed because such information is stored more appropriately on template.

Most templates produced by SMPCS will already have the correct lines that specify the number of levels.

For example on a template with a Personal Profile style of table with 4 columns for a tick to represent the different levels, before the /hgraph/ line there is a preview line. Here is an example.

/****/,preview,graph,1,4
/hgraph/,level15,1,1400,0,1800,100

The line:

/****/,preview,graph,1,4

Indicates that the number of levels is 4. In other words, the tick appears in one of 4 columns.

If a template does not have a suitable preview line immediately before every /hgraph/ line, the template must be edited to add it. In each case the correct number must be used for the number of levels. Once added to the template, these lines simplifies the setting of the report definition.
