Overview

The importing of class lists with the Import SM-Reports Zip or Import School Data command is the best way to set up SM-Reports. While it is possible to enter all information for a reporting period with the Edit commands, doing so is not recommended unless you only have a very small number of students.

There are 4 different formats that will import.

1. A zip file from old SM-Reports
2. A single comma or tab delimited file.
3. Three comma delimited files.
4. ERN comma delimited files.
