Helpful free technical support
We have a simple approach to service. If our software doesn't work the way it is supposed to, we'll fix it. If you are not sure how to do something, we'll give you a helpful answer within 24 hours, usually in far less time than that.
Because we don't charge for technical support, there is a strong motivation for us to get our software working right. That makes us stand out from the crowd. The enviably long list of schools using our software shows we do software right. Do you want to join us?

We're serious about our software and service
Scott McDonald Personal Computer Services has been successfully creating software for teachers and schools for over 25 years. Our goal is to make easy to use and affordable software. We welcome your feedback and comments about our software and this website.
SMPCS is owned by Scott McDonald B.Sc, Dip. Ed, MACS who is a graduate of The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics. Scott is also qualified as a teacher graduating from Sydney College of Advanced Education with a Diploma in Education (Secondary) and is proud to be a member of the Australian Computing Society.
