Import markbooks from zip file
The Import markbooks from zip file command imports markbooks contained in a zip file. This command can only be used by a User Administrator.
To import a zip file with markbooks, first create the zip file containing the markbooks to be imported on your computer system. This file should only contain the markbooks, not the folders that they are in. Depending on you system you may need to use an external zip/archive utility.
After selecting the file, you can optionally turn on the Import as archived markbooks option. This is only needed if you are importing markbooks that are no longer actively being used. If making archived markbooks a suitable prefix must be entered such as the calendar year, for example 2014.
After selecting the zip file, click on the Import Markbooks button. The loads the file and then shows the number of markbooks to be imported with an estimation of how long it will take. To continue with the importing, click on the Start Import button.
You must wait for the importing to complete.
- After importing the markbooks they will be owned the user who did the importing. To change the ownerships refer to the Import markbook owner and share list topic in the Administration section.
