Help|Send email to Technical Support
The Send email to Technical Support command shows a form to allow you to enter the details of your question to send to Technical Support. Refer to the Technical Support topic in the Appendices section for more information on the details to include when requesting support.
An image showing the problem is usually a help. One way to do this is to press the Print Screen key combination while the problem or error message is on screen, and then used Edit, Paste command of an image editor or word processor, and attaching the resulting file to the email.
If you have a problem relating to importing data, including the actual files in the email is recommended.
